Getting Started

We work like a product team: quickly and intentionally. We’ll start with a discovery call to ensure that we’re a fit for your needs, then your project manager will set up a call to review and finalize your implementation plan with you. Once a deposit has been paid and our contract is signed, we can typically kickoff within a week.

We’ll never encourage you to spend more money on marketing than you really need to to achieve your goals, and we won’t lock you into working with us forever in order to benefit from our systems. Instead, we tailor our services to meet your needs, and we’ll even train your team to take over for us when we’re ready.

Cost

We’ve seen enough projects that we can understand what yours should cost after a brief conversation. Fees depend on the scope of your project and the nature of the work. Please get in touch to request a quote.

We can help you match the appropriate budget to your marketing goals and timeline. We don’t take a cut of your advertising spend, so we’re never incentivized to spend more than necessary to meet your goals. We start by understanding the critical events you’re aiming for, then we work backward to set a budget.

We’ve found that most engagements last 3-12 months. While we don’t require a minimum, we do recommend committing to this timeframe to see the most impact from our work.

Process

We will establish a detailed project roadmap and project milestones, with check-ins roughly every week or two weeks. These milestones give you a chance to review the progress we’ve made to date, give feedback to your team, and confirm the scope of upcoming work.

Your engagement manager will schedule weekly calls with you to keep you informed of progress and work completed, and you will also receive weekly work reports.

When we get started, we assemble a team of top experts with specializations in whatever the skills are required to reach your growth goals. Your engagement is lead by a project lead who is responsible for managing the team and ensuring that all tasks get completed.

Most your team will be distributed and working remotely, outside your office. This means they will not work onsite though we do utilize video conference for weekly calls and meetings.
